The Settlements page displays all ticket sale payments issued by Leap, as well as debits to your bank account initiated by Leap (for refunded tickets, etc.).

Settlements

The Settlements screen will show a list of all payments issued, along with the following information for each:

• Payout ID 
• Date Issued
• Batch Range (Date Span)
• Total Amount
• Method
• Reference ID
• View Details - Details on each settlement can be viewed by clicking View next to each settlement record.  The Details screen will break down each settlement by event(s), with the option to Download to CSV.

Reconciliations

The Reconciliations screen will show a list of all debits, along with the following information for each:

• Order ID
• Refund date 
• Amount
• Type
• View Details - Details on each debit can be viewed by clicking View next to each sale record.
• Legacy Sale ID
• Status
