The Client Support Team serves clients by providing email support 7 days a week from 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST and phone support Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST.

Most email requests are responded to within 12 business hours, and cases are escalated due to the level of urgency, with issues regarding stopped sales or events happening within 24 hours of the origination email taking priority.
Clients can also use our online support site, available at http://clienthelp.leapevents.com/ or by clicking the question mark button on the bottom left of the screen on each page of the admin.
In addition, after 6 PM EST Monday through Sunday and every weekend and holiday, an on-call agent is available to reply to urgent and non-urgent emails that relate to events within the next 48 hours and to reply to voicemail messages left in the client support voicemail box. We aim to respond to urgent requests within 15 minutes or to non-urgent requests about events within a 48-hour window. Clients are encouraged to leave a voicemail with
