Main Settings

This section allows you to adjust the behavior of the Axess scanning app.

Android

User / Gate - This indicates the current user account that is signed in using this scanner. Tap to see all users under your account. You can use this menu to select a different user for this device.
Fulfill Products on Scan - Products on order level tickets will be fulfilled automatically upon scanning
Flip Screen (Android Only) - Change the orientation of the screen. Used with Janam pedestals so the screen orients toward the attendee.
Flip Endian (Android Only) - Reverses the byte order of RFID badge UIDs as the device reads them. Android only. Most events leave this off.
Dark Mode - Toggle between light and dark mode
Accept All Valid Tickets - Turned off by default. When enabled, this setting will successfully check in any ticket for any selected events, regardless of other conditions (e.g., ticket was already scanned).
Device Information - Quickly view the device ID, device model, and app version
Log Out - Clears all downloaded ticket data
- Do not log out until you have synced your most recent ticket data.
