Tickets and orders can be canceled from any Order Details page.
You can do this by clicking the Void Ticket button next to individual tickets or by clicking the Edit Order dropdown to void the entire order. Remember: voiding an order does not refund tickets; it simply cancels the ticket(s).

Move your cursor over the Edit Order button and click Void Entire Order. Read the on-screen disclaimer and click OK to cancel all tickets and void your order.

You can also void individual tickets from the order by clicking the "X" under Manage on the far right side of the order table.

The ticket buyer will not receive a notification if the ticket is voided.
Note: Canceling tickets/orders and refunding an order are two separate processes.
