Regarding payments and settlements (viewable here when logged into the admin), in large event series, each time slot is treated as a separate event. This creates an ACH payment from Event Ticketing for each time slot to your bank account every week and can be confusing to decipher.
We are working to consolidate these into a single lump settlement, but that work is not yet complete. Therefore, we are providing you with this tutorial to assist you. The process below will take you about 15-20 minutes but you'll be able to save this report and reuse it each week. After the report is saved, finding the payout IDs and adding them to the report and running it should take less than 5 minutes.
Find the Payout IDs
To create a report that shows you all of the payments that happened in one week, you need to find the lowest and highest payout IDs for that week and then filter the report you build using the below instruction to show you only those payout IDs.
Navigate to Reports, then select Payments & Invoices on the left hand column. If you have a large event series, you will see a couple dozen payouts on each page, all with the same date in the Date Issued column. Click View in the right column on the first payout and copy the six digit payout ID from the URL. Paste this into a note for later. Go back to the list.
Next click the Next link on the payouts list until you get to the last payout on the date you are reporting on. Click View on the last payout on that date and copy the payout ID in the URL for that payout. Paste this into a note for later.
Building the Base Report
Click on Reports, then choose Financial Items, and then Finance Detail Report.

If the checkbox for 'Charge Items' is available, select it. Then select the events that you want to report on and click Done. Scroll to the bottom of the modal and click Continue.

The report will run all transactions on your selected events. After it completes, click the X next to the grouping to remove the grouping by Transaction ID (see below.)

On the left side menu, click on Financial Details. Add any fee columns that you like by clicking on them. They will automatically add to your report. Be sure to expand all of the fee menus to view and add the different options. After you select items in each group, click Add to Report. (Pro Tip: For a cleaner report, click on the top of each report column to sort low to high and remove any columns that don't have any values in them.)

Adding Filters & Groupings to Combine the Payouts
Now, click on the Filters tool on the left column (Step 1). Click Add Filter (step 2) and choose the filter for Payout ID. Click the grey box in the modal next to 'Payout ID"' to expand the options and choose "is greater than or equal to." Add the lowest number payout ID that you pasted earlier into the blank grey field. Then click Add Filter (repeat step 2) and choose "is less than or equal to" and add the other payout ID (the highest number.)

Finally add a grouping. Click on the Groupings tool (step 1). Then click the dropdown menu (step 2) to select Event Name from the options and click Save Changes (step 3.)

Now go to the Columns and search for and add the columns for Ticket Net, Total Net, Total Paid, Total Refunded and Total Live Tickets. Your payouts in the admin and your payouts in your bank should match and be reflected in the Total Net column. For information on the difference between the various totals columns, please view: "Total" Columns in Reporting
Your report should zip up into one line for each event series that is included in your report. Remember that you already hold cash and checks, and Event Ticketing does not include these figures in your payouts. These figures represent only the amounts processed via credit card.
Finally, click the pencil to the right of the report title at the top of your report. Change the title of your report to Payout Report and the date of the payout included and click "Save Report." This report will now show up in your saved reports list. When you rerun this report with new payout IDs, click the edit pencil and change the payout date and choose "Save New' to create a new instance of this report in your saved reports list.
