Your Organization Listing is one page that shows all of your upcoming events. Ticket buyers can browse your events as a list or a calendar. They can also buy tickets to several events in one order. It replaces the classic Event Calendar (Manage The Event Calendar Page)
Your Leap representative or client support turns on the Organization Listing for your account. Reach out to them to get started.
What changes from the Event Calendar
Once your Organization Listing is live, your old Event Calendar link redirects to it. Links you have already shared keep working.
Two things work differently:
- Events need an Event Listing. The Event Calendar showed every event automatically. Your Organization Listing only shows events that have an Event Listing.
- Your settings moved. You manage the page under Manage, not Marketing. A banner under Marketing points you to the new location.
Create an Event Listing for every event you want on the page before your Organization Listing goes live.
Setting up your Organization Listing
Set up your page from your admin dashboard on a desktop browser. Your live Organization Listing works on any screen size.
- Go to Manage and select Organization Listing
- Enter the custom web address you want, which becomes events.leapevents.com/events/ plus the name you enter
- Enable Cart Mode to let buyers purchase tickets to more than one event in one order
- Choose a listing time limit if you enabled cart mode, which sets how long a cart holds tickets
- Upload your images, enter a tag line, and choose your accent color
- Choose your default view, then choose whether to show organizer contact info, venue info, and search controls
- Review your page and save your changes
Choosing which events appear
An event shows on your Organization Listing when it has an Event Listing set to show.
Test and sample events show on your page like any other event. Go through your Event Listings and hide anything you don't want ticket buyers to find.

Hide on Organization Listing only affects this page. The event keeps its own standalone listing page, and its search visibility stays the same. Event-level privacy settings work the other way around. They apply to classic listing pages, and they don't control your Organization Listing.
Using Cart Mode
Cart Mode lets a ticket buyer add tickets from several of your events to one order.
With cart mode on, a buyer adds tickets and then selects Continue Shopping or Checkout. With cart mode off, each event opens in a new tab, and the buyer completes one order per event.
Manage cart mode under your Organization Listing settings once your page is live. The classic cart mode setting shows a banner pointing you to the new location.
Using Coupons with Cart Mode
One code that works for several of your events keeps applying as a buyer carts those events. Usage limits still apply.
Different codes for different events have limits. Presale and access codes work together in one cart. A buyer can apply one discount or comp code per order, even when they hold several codes.
Controlling how your events show
To ensure a clean and uniform customer experience, every event opens in the Hero layout on your Organization Listing. Your accent color comes from your Organization Listing settings. Each event's own images and colors show once a buyer opens its card.
Header images come from your listing template. When a listing has no header image, the page uses the event image from the Listing step of event creation.
Sold Out and Pre Sale are the only status badges that show on an event card. Pre Sale shows when an event has an active presale code.
Your event settings override your page settings. You can hide an event's date, time, venue info, or age limit at the event level. Those details then stay hidden on your Organization Listing, even when your page settings show them.
What isn't supported yet
- Embedding. If you use the classic calendar widget on your own website, that widget keeps working. The Organization Listing doesn't have its own embed yet.
- Tagged promo codes. These don't work on the Organization Listing.
